When will Otherside be out?

Because I am making Otherside fully myself on my free time, the production speed depends directly on my resources. I am aiming for 1 year, but there is no set deadline. If you want to contribute to the comic being produced faster, you can donate or get something in the shop here! You can also track the detailed progress that I update frequently.

Where can I read it when it's out? Will it be on Webtoon or printed?

The comic will be self published and available for purchase as a printed book or a PDF electronic version. Episode 1 will be posted on the website to read for free.

Will there ever be a cartoon/animated series based on it?

As ambitious as I am, I think the main focus for me right now should be finishing the initial project. The resources available to me are limited and it would not be possible to attempt a project of such extent alone, or pay for a whole production team out of pocket. I did not necessarily plan on making an animated series unless further down the line I am presented with the possibility, and even then I would much rather take the opportunity and write something new.

Is there a kickstarter/patreon?

Okay nobody asks this, but I will tell you anyway. There will not be a kickstarted or a patreon and I am highly against it at the moment. I do not want to keep content behind a paywall or require a subscription. I want to have as much transparency and show you as much as I can. My stories need to make me money to live, but I also want them to be accessable as much as I can make it.

How do I know if the story is good or not?

No one asks this actually. But you should! I would highly encourage you to read episode 1 before purchasing, or if you have time watching the production videos. Don't take my word for it, I'm the author and I would love my work either way!

Can I draw fanart?

Yes, of course! I would prefer if you tagged me because I love seeing fanart.

Will there be Art Fight?

Not at the moment, as I am pretty busy and I would want to participate fairly, but if it would happen I will post a video on it.

Can I work with you on Otherside/offer my support in anything related to it?

I really appreciate the awesome people who are dedicated to Otherside so much they would like to offer to help! However, at the moment I would prefer to work on everything myself, simply because it allows for better control.

Do you do commissions?

Not at the moment, but I may in the future if I have more free time! Keep an eye out, I will be making a video if I open commissions.
